About the event
The doors will open at 3:00pm. We will begin the circle process promptly at 3:30 pm. The circle will be held until 5:30 pm with breaks. All guest are asked to arrive on time and be available throughout the entire circle process.
Please dress comfortable.
Lite refreshments will be provided.
