For years, this space—MashaunHendricks.us—has been home to my work as an independent Restorative Justice practitioner, circle keeper, teacher, and guide. If you’ve ever participated in a circle, attended a training, brought me to your school or organization, or simply followed the mission, I want to thank you. Your trust and partnership helped shape what this has become.

Now, it’s time for something bigger.

 

I’ve officially transitioned my work into a new company: Black Restorative Justice.

​

This evolution is not just about growth—it’s about legacy. It’s about building a team and infrastructure that will allow this sacred work to reach deeper into communities, institutions, and hearts.

​

And when I say Black Restorative Justice, I don’t mean race.
 

I mean Black as in spiritual wisdom.
Black as in the beginning.
Black as in power, sacredness, infinite possibility, and the unseen truths that hold us together.

 

This new chapter is rooted in the same values—love, healing, accountability, and transformation—with even more clarity, structure, and capacity.
